Resurfacing & Coefficient Test

Dynamic Coefficient of Friction (DCOF) testing directly correlates to the prevention of slip-fall accidents, which are contributors to injuries in both residential and commercial environments. Tests are performed before and after services to demonstrate the effectiveness of our services. A coefficient report will provide the data to the client.

Pool Deck Resurfacing

Our proprietary equipment will clean, resurface, and improve the coefficient of your pool deck. Slips and falls are the leading cause of workers' compensation claims and the primary cause of occupational injuries among individuals aged 55 years and older (NSC). Coefficient testing will demonstrate improved safety in wet and slippery areas.

Stone Care & Maintenance

Stone maintenance is crucial for both the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity, as it is subject to wear, weathering, and age. Let our clean and seal services help you maintain and preserve your stone surfaces. Stain removal is one of our top-requested services. Difficult stains and uneven edges (or lips) may require some resufacing during the first service. Water features should have a regular maintenance schedule to decrease mineral deposit buildup, known as efflorescence.

Restoration techniques include cleaning, resurfacing, and repair, which can reverse damage and prevent further deterioration. Stain and Efflorescence Removal

Efflorescence is a gradual buildup of mineral deposits or salts that are naturally occurring and are very difficult to remove. Efflorescence occurs around faucets and water features. The photo above shows efflorescence on and near a water feature, wherever water touched the stone, there is a white or cloudy appearance, an evidence of mineral deposits.

Very often, a special project involves restoration. However, some projects require custom fabrication and installation. Our extensive experience enables us to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to challenging and complex projects.
