Our stone restoration and repair services are performed by a licensed mason with extensive stone repair and rehabilitation experience.

The Mediterranean Courtyard at the historic Honolulu Academy of Art was revitalized to its original beauty. James Thomas Stone replaced broken stone and carefully matched the original color. Our ProjectS

Palm Court

The historic stone in the Palm Court required deep cleaning to rehabilitate the natural material. Resurfacing with specialized diamond tip brushes and other tools was the first step before cleaning and treatment with a penetrating sealant. These important actions brought life back to the stone, and lifted the ambiance of the Palm Court.

We are pleased to have made a contribution to the appearance of the Honolulu Art Museum, and the Palm Court is a pleasant place to rest between visiting exhibits.

Our ProjectS

Chinese Courtyard

The restoration and repair services to historic stone in the Chinese Courtyard rehabilitated the natural material to its original condition. Critical restoration and repair services were provided by our licensed mason with extensive stone restoration and repair experience.

The Courtyard stone is historic granite ballast stone, and was deeply stained with some areas covered with moss, and some stones had concrete splattering. Resurfacing of the original granite with specialized diamond tip brushes and other tools was crucial for the removal of mold, moss, and other staining materials.

Our highly specialized services have been greatly values by many registered historic landmarks, luxury resorts, condominiums, and single-family residences.
